Nicole brings hands-on experience preparing and coordinating applications in the DFW area, backed by more than a decade of professional experience in business operations and project management. Her approach combines attention to architectural character with highly organized documentation, professional presentation and thoughtful communication.
Through this work, she recognized a need for a more focused service, one dedicated specifically to helping property owners and project professionals navigate the detailed approval requirements that come with working in Historic and Conservation Districts.
The District Works grew from that need.
Created to take the research, documentation, application preparation and review coordination off the client’s plate, District Works gives clients the benefit of Nicole’s attention to detail, organizational expertise and firsthand understanding of the district approval process. When not working on projects, Nicole can be found spending time with her family, tending to her animals and enjoying life on her homestead.
